NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 75 2015, and entered in 2013-CA-001527 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE N. KNEPPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE N. KNEPPER; BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERFORD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF COLLIER COUNTY, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on August 5, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT J-103, NEW WATERFORD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1672, PAGES 1064 THROUGH 1133, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
