FORECLOSURE SALE
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on August 5, 2015 at eleven (11) o'clock, am, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer the sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
A parcel of land in Section 18, Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, RIVIERA COLONY, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Pages 17 and 18 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence run South 89° 32' 32” East, along the Northerly right-of-way line of State Road S-864, a distance of 336.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence run North 02° 04' 17” East, a distance of 142.06 feet; thence North 88° 24' 25” East, a distance of 96.06 feet; thence North 00° 27' 28” East, a distance 12.00 feet; thence South 89° 32' 32” East, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence North 00° 27' 28” East, a distance of 7.57 feet; thence South 89° 32' 32” East, a distance of 19.00 feet to a point of the Westerly right-of-way line of Charlemagne Boulevard, as shown on the Plat of Riviera Colony Golf Estate, Unit One, as recorded in Plat Book 10 at Pages 109 through 113 inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence South 00° 27' 28” West, along said right-of-way line, a distance of 165.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of State Road S-864; thence run North 89° 32' 32” West, along right-of-way line, a distance of 124.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said lands lying, being and situated in Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
