Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2015, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, in Naples, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on Aug. 6, 2015, the following described property:
Lot 86 of Liberty Landing, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 47, page 71 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
