NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 005994 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, As Successor Trustee To Bank Of America, N.A., As Successor By Merger To Lasalle Bank, N.A., As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of The MLMI Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-MLN1 is the Plaintiff and Jimmie Jackson; Unknown Spouse of Jimmie Jackson; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND THE WEST 7.5 FEET OF LOT 2, G.C. WYATTS ADDITION TO SUNSHINE RIDGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
