NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2014, and entered in 2009-CA-008615 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff and GARY A. CRESWELL; MARSHA M. CRESWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 04, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMECING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EST, THENCE RUN EAST 456 FEET; THENCE NORTH 580 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 98 FEET; THENCE EAST 79 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 98 FEET; THENCE WEST 79 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH A PERMANENT DRIVEWAY EASEMENT DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 879, PAGE 162, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
