RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 23, 2015 and entered in Case No. 41 2014CA002116AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC1, is Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN P. BLUE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK P, SANDPOINTE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 141 THROUGH 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
