NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA002805, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ALICE JEAN BRUGOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICE JEAN BRUGOS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26 AND A STRIP 5 FEET WIDE OFF THE WEST SIDE OF LOT 24, CORNWELL AND HORTON'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK C OF BALLARD'S ADDITION TO BRADENTOWN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
