PARCEL #2 - BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 18 OF MAGEE PLACE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST 25 FEET; THENCE NORTH 674.9 MORE OR LESS; THENCE WEST 25 FEET TO THE EAST SIDE OF MAGEE PLACE SUB.; THENCE SOUTH 674.9 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS LAND DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 799, PAGE 371, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
