A HEARING will be held on the Petition To Approve the Amended and Restated Charter of the Manatee River Fair Association, Inc. on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 10:45 a.m. for 15 minutes, before the Honorable John F. Lakin at the Manatee County Judicial Center, Courtroom 3A. The Amended and Restated Charter may be inspected at, and is on file with, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Case Number 2015 CA 3210, located at 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and be heard with respect to the Amended and Restated Charter.
Publish once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks.
