NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015CA000194AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Rebecca A. Seeley; Unknown Spouse of Rebecca A. Seeley; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Summit Mortgage are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, THUNDER BAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 173 THROUGH 174, LESS THE SOUTH 36.70 FEET THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
