NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-007355 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Mark Delford Peer a/k/a Mark D. Peer a/k/a Mark Peer, The Unknown Spouse of Mark Belford Peer a/k/a Mark D. Peer a/k/a Mark Peer n/k/a Marifonse France Herman, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, BLOCK 5, GULF AND BAY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL LAND, IF ANY, LYING BETWEEN THE WEST AND SOUTH LINES OF THE SAID LOT 7, BLOCK 5, AND THE WATERS OF THE BOAT CHANNEL AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION.
