NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055078 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, is the Plaintiff and Eduardo Sediles, Isaura Sediles, Cape Coral Civic Association, Inc, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 3 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
