Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-663 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 10 day of August, 2015 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, of Reserve at Estero, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 51, Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Parcel ID Number: 22-46-25-10-00000.0180.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
