NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 949, of the unrecorded plat of LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST, Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin 1929.17 feet South and 281.22 feet West of the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 26 South, Range 19 East; run thence on an arc to the left 100.00 feet, chord bearing = 99.67 feet, chord bearing = South 25Ëš39'15” East; thence South 80Ëš33'29” West, 179.72 feet; thence North 05Ëš24'21” West 85.0 feet; thence North 76Ëš16'50” East, 146.40 feet to the POINT OF THE BEGINNING
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on August 11, 2015.
