YOUMANS N/K/A JOYCE SHULTZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOYCE ANNE YOUMANS A/K/A JOYCE A. YOUMANS N/K/A ERNEST SHULTZ; SUSAN L. MARTINEZ A/K/A SUSAN L. CASH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN L. MARTINEZ A/K/A SUSAN L. CASH N/K/A DALE CASH; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 8/11/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
