NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003198-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Cheri L. Holley; Clifton T. Holley; Meadow Pointe III Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; John Tenant and Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession; Meadow Pointe III Homeowner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 1, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 10 UNITS 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
