Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 10, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK 39, RIVERCREST PHASE 2, PARCEL K AND P, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 293, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 11531 BAY GARDENS LOOP, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
