NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough County, Florida, on July 28, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., electronically online at the following website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, ROSLYN HOMES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
