NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2015, and entered in 13-CA-004503 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; RHODE GUZMAN FKA RHODE ACUNA INDIVIDUALLY ; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA STEVE EVERETT; MAXINE D.
