NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-030266 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and 1ST CAPITAL FINANCE, INC. , ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., MIDLAND FUNDING LLC, LARRY M PULTORAK A/K/A LARRY PULTORAK, MATTHEW P SMITH, TIMOTHY C WILSON A/K/A TIMOTHY C. WILSON JR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARRY M. PULTORAK A/K/A LARRY PULTORAK IF ANY, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY C. WILSON A/K/A TIMOTHY C. WILSON, JR. IF ANY, PANTHER TRACE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW P. SMITH IF ANY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 21 OF PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1B/1C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
