NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-007750, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff and MARY MARGARET BROWN; COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CITIBANK; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THOUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY MARGARET BROWN; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
