NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-002603 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and GEORGIA KATHLEEN DOLLAR; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT BEGINNING 205.05 FEET NORTH AND 97.00 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUN EAST 77.15 FEET; NORTH 129.80 FEET WEST 77.25 FEET AND SOUTH 129.90 FEET TO THE BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH OTHERS FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: BEGIN 25 FEET NORTH OF THE SW CORNER OF THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN NORTH 180.05 FEET THENCE EAST 328.45 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 20 FEET THENCE WEST 308.45 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 160.05 FEET; THENCE WEST 20 FEET TO THE BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
