NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-001684 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and PROCLEAN OF ATL, INC.; S. K. SUTTON PROPERTIES, LLC; STEVEN K. SUTTON; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT H-104, UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS VI, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDO PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 7, ET SEQ, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON AUGUST 10, 1984 IN THE O.R. BOOK 4392, PAGES 608 THROUGH 683, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
