NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-019996 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for RASC 2007-KS4 is the Plaintiff and Stephen Usher; Tamara Usher are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 6th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 8, GANDY MANOR, 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
