NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-014480 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT INITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and KOMKRIT TAOKEAW; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC., C/O NATHAN A. FRAZIER, ESQ.; STERLING OAK AT LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC., C/O FRANCIS E. FRISCIA, ESQ.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SOIFAH PRANTIP; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 12th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
