Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2015 in Civil Case No. 29-2010-CA-011234, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK N. A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE LEADER MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA M. REYNOLDS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA M. REYNOLDS; LAKE PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

AT PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4667, PAGE 918 AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
