NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009272 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and John J. Lopresti, Providence Lakes Master Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant n/k/a Daryll Lipsey, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 12th of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
