NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-008271, in which VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC, IT'S TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and Adam John Daniels; Shannon Marie Daniels; Unknown Spouse of Shannon Marie Daniels and Trapnell Ridge Community Association, Inc., Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 3, Block 4, Trapnell Ridge, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page(s) 83 through 91, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 31st day of August, 2015, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
