Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 29, 2015, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 63, CRESCENT OAKS COUNTRYC LUB, REGENVCY PHASE 3, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 116, Pages 94-96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Forida.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 27, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
