NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-003028-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A, is Plaintiff and PATRICK O. VARGO et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 AND THE WEST 18 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 14, SECOND SECTION OF FLORAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 53 AND 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
