NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015 in Case No.: 14-004805-CI of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JETSPEED SPORTS, INC., a Florida corporation, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of August, 2015, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 78, TARPON SPRINGS ENTERPRISES INCORPORATED RE-PLAT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 10, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTERST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
