NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-004227-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE LP was the Plaintiff and KELLY A. ARNETT, ET AL., the Defendant(s), that the Clerk of Court , KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 30th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT B-8, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF VILLA VALENCIA GARDEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38 PAGE 10 THROUGH 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 15, 1979 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4943 PAGE 477 THROUGH 528 TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
