NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-006135 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citibank, National Association, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate Series 2004-CB1, Plaintiff and William H. Whitstine Jr. a/k/a William H. Whitstine and Laura Whitstine, Husband and Wife and Joseph Chiccino are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 152 FEET OF LOTS 18, 19, AND 20, BLOCK 1, MAP OF HARRY KENNEDY'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H-4, PAGES 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
