NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10003671CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JASON FARRELL BANNON A/K/A JASON BANNON; TANYA M. WARD A/K/A TANYA WARD; EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 5 ASSOCIATION, INC.; EASTWOOD SHORES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (“USAA FSB”); MONICA SCHMITT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON FARRELL BANNON A/K/A JASON BANNON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TANYA M. WARD A/K/A TANYA WARD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 30th day of July, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 706, BUILDING 700, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 50-57 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5292, PAGE 1622, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
