NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 25, 2015 in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 13-011542-CI, in which U.S. Home Ownership, LLC, as the Plaintiff, and Kenneth Stubbs; Vonda Stubbs a/k/a Yvonne Stubbs; Independent Savings Plan Company; Unknown Tenants #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, as Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendants to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property, the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, described as:
Lot 15A, Block 34, Lake Maggiore Park, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 3, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
a.k.a. 770 Alamanda Way, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705 (“Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of October, 2015, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
