Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 25, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-004043-CI , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and DONNA CARPENTER , et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit No. 202, of the Aspen Building of Country Lakes I, a Condominium, as shown in Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 119 and 120, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5604, Pages 1270 through 1431, inclusive and amended in O.R. Book 5604, Page 1432, O.R. Book 5604, Pages 1444 through 1454, Inclusive, and O.R. Book 5604, Page 1455, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of August, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
