NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-004921-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and BRADFORD GRANT, BARBARA MARIOTT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, BRADFORD GRANT, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF HARRY SULTHAUS AKA HARRY C. SULTHAUS, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN HEIR, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HARRY SULTHAUS AKA HARRY C. SULTHAUS, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the Estate of Harry Sulthaus aka Harry C. Sulthaus, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 5, West Lake Pasadena subdivision, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
