NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-004599-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ND is Plaintiff and DESIREE A. BROWN AKA DESIREE BROWN, CREDIT VENTURES, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DESIREE A. BROWN A/K/A DESIREE BROWN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 44, MEADOW LAWN NINTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 2, THROUGH 4, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
