Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 23, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 235, BUILDING K, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICITONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR WINDRUSH BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4844, PAGE 2038 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 76 THROUGH 90, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 628 WINDRUSH BAY DR, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 6, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
