ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND COMPOSED OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO.61, “A” NORTHWEST WING, BUILDING B-60, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/72 INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT FIFTY SIX, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5108, PAGES 1284-1311, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 124, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Rachel M. Wagoner, Esq,, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
