Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 11/21/2014 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, less the South 0.60 feet of COLONY SOUTH, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 100, Pages 88 and 89, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and that part of lot 14 described as follows:
