Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 11/21/2014 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, less the South 0.60 feet of COLONY SOUTH, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 100, Pages 88 and 89, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and that part of lot 14 described as follows:
(1) COMMENCING at the southeast corner of Lot 14; Thence North 33 degrees 05' 10” East, 49.77 feet; thence North 89 degrees 21' 17” East, 7.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 00 degrees 38' 43” West, 40.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 21' 17” East, 4.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 38' 43” East, 40.00 feet thence South 89 degrees 21' 17” West, 4.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
(2) COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of Lot 14 as the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 89 degrees 21' 17” West, 98.07 feet; thence South 00 degrees 38' 43” East, 28.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 21' 17” West, 13.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 38' 43” West, 45.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 21' 17” East, 109.03 feet; thence South 07 degrees 28' 24” East, 17.12 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
