Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 12/19/2014 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6 and the East 1/2 of Lot 5, Block B, Keystone Manor, according to the plat there of as recorded in Plat book 10, page 71, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on August 12, 2015
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
