NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-000004-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein 5TH AVENUE NORTH PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; PNC BANK, N.A.; DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, STATE OF FLORIDA; AND REGIONS BANK are Defendants. The property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash. The sale will be made by Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court via electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Fla. Stat. ยง45.031, on August 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
