NOTICE is hereby given that, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 3rd day of August, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 5, BELLE AQUA VILLAS I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE 70, 71 AND 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
