NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002910 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Linda Sue Guthrie, et al. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 6, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
