NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed May 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-001069-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank National Association, as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-FRE1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Andrew M. Dinolfo, Cypress Park of Tarpon Springs Lot Owners Association, Inc., Rebecca M. Dinolfo, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
