NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-007618-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and RALPH A. GONZALEZ, SR.; RALPH GONZALEZ, JR.; LORRAINE GONZALEZ; RITA WRIGHT-GONZALEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 0601, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15084, PAGE 873, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 142, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
