NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-11985 -O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-14 is the Plaintiff and ERNESTO CORTES-BELEN; FIFTH THIRD BANK (CENTRAL FLORIDA); HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; GLENDA E CORTES A/K/A GLENDA CORTES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of August, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, HUNTER'S CREEK TRACT 511, & HUNTER'S VISTA BOULEVARD PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 63 THROUGH 65, INCLUSIVE AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
