NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012562-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein citibank, n.a. as trustee for the certificate holders of structured asset mortgage investments ii, inc., bear stearns alt-a trust, mortgage pass-through certificates series 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and olena j pavlon cuenca aka olena pavlon cuenca; armando cuenca; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; villagewalk at lake nona homeowners association, inc., tenant #1, tenant #2, tenant #3, and tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of August, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 155, villagewalk at lake nona units 1a, 1b and 1c, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 63, pages 145 and 155, of the public records of orange county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
