NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-017094-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein E*TRADE BANK, c/o BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and SIA FARSHI; et al., are Defendant(s).
